The founders personally read every safety escalation. Engineering reads support tickets. Marketing answers user emails. Nobody is too senior to talk to a real human.
We're built in Lisbon and we love it here. Hybrid in-office (Tue/Wed/Thu) for Lisbon-based roles. Remote OK for senior IC roles in EU/UK timezones with quarterly visits.
Salaries are competitive for Lisbon. Equity is generous and matters. The first 10 hires will own meaningful equity, exercise-friendly, founder-aligned terms.
